Gala Berry - Omaha, Auckland NZ
The client, an industry innovator, wanted to find a new way of packing and grading their high-quality strawberries.
She contacted Dyno, and our design team worked closely with her to discover the requirements for the project, the optimal layout for the area, and the most logical way to process the product.
The result is a unique Minibelt conveyor system, which includes specially-designed lighting.
Conventional lighting didn’t allow for visual grading to the highest possible level, so fluorescent lights were mounted on lightweight, purpose built, aluminium, supported by powder coated steel stands.
Other customisation include: Stainless steel trays, jam chutes, VSD controllers to manage speed, and tracking strips which allow punnets and strawberries to be kept seperate.
Nothing was ever a problem. All our lines that Dyno produced for us were all new to them, but they really grasped and understood what we were trying to achieve.
This really impressed us so when we wanted more lines and tables, we had no hesitation that Dyno would produce exactly what we needed.
We would have no hesitation in recommending Dyno to anyone.
Even if they have never undertaken what you are requiring, they will make it work.
And in our case, even better than our original plan!
The follow-up service has been second to none, and nothing is ever left to chance.
